Spruce Meadows was fantastic - truly the greatest show on earth!! We started off with Kevin and Ace winning the 1.4m speed class out of 75 entries! They won by three seconds!!
They received a cooler along with the money and their name on the Trimac perpetual trophy.
- Kevin & Oso were in the money in the 1.5m class.
- Amelia rode Dr.Deb's Regal in the 1.2m amateur jumper to a 2nd, 5th and 7th place finishes.
- Dr.Deb rode brillantly in the mini-prix but had one down.
- Kevin was in the money on On Star in the 1.25m class.
- Amelia placed 6th on Rebelle in the 1.1m mini-prix!
- Kevin placed 10th in the 1.45m speed class and 2nd on the $20,000 1.45 classic.
The Young's came to show with us from Chicago area. Becky showed her thoroughbred in the 1.4m jumpers.
 We had fun visiting Banff and Lake Louise as well as going to the Calgary Stampede. Also Kevin's grandparents made the trip in their motorhome from Phoenix to watch Kevin compete.
Kevin and Amelia spent the week before Spruce Meadows relaxing and goofing off in the Portland area.
