PLEASE NOTE, THE DATE OF SUMMER CAMP HAS CHANGED TO AUGUST 16-20, 2010.
Each summer Maplewood Stables offers one of the top horse camps in the region. This summer we will be offering General Horsemanship July 5-9, 9am-4pm daily.
 The camp is a horsemanship day camp, covering grooming, parts of the horse, care of tack, and similar topics in addition to riding. Typical activities include lessons, grooming, stable management, horse care, along with a demonstration from the farrier, and a tour of the veternarian clinic. Swimming and arts & crafts are also part of the camp. The final day has a camp horse show and barbeque for the parents.
All instructors are experienced and qualified to instruct riders of all ages.

- Presentations by experienced Trainers
- A tour of our breeding barn and pastures to see all the foals
- Tour of a large animal hospital
- Swimming
- Lots of cool videos
- AND a SHOW at the end of the camp!!!
COST
$650.00 includes all activities for one week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm daily. Space is limited. $100 deposit will hold your camper's space. Campers need to bring sack lunches, sunscreen, bottled water, boots with a heel, bathing suits and a towel.
